: All experimental protocols involving human participants and human tissue samples were approved by the Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute Ethics Committee. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards.Human tumor tissues used in this study were obtained from Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to sample collection. Written informed consent was provided by each patient for the use of their tissue samples in research. The tissue providers confirmed that all samples were collected in compliance with applicable laws and institutional ethical requirements.All animal experiments were carried out in accordance with a protocol approved by the ethics committee of the Institutional Animal Care of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital.
