: All human samples used in this study were residual from routine clinical tests and were approved by the Institutional Review Board (Approval Number: 22KN87) of Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, Shanghai. The requirement for written informed consent was waived by the Institutional Review Board due to the use of de-identified residual clinical samples. The animal study also approved under declaration with the approval number of SHDSYY-2024-4709. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
