: Procedures of animal experimental were recognized by Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) committee at Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research (TIPR), in compliance with “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals” (National Research Council of the USA, 1996) and the relevant ethical regulations of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Study protocol was reviewed and recognized by Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Tianjin Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources (Tianjin, China) (2023110301). Maximum allowable tumor size as per the ethics committee’s regulations is 2 cm 3 which was not exceeded during the study. We confirm that this study adheres to the ARRIVE guidelines for reporting animal research. Following the completion of the experiment, mice were euthanized via cervical dislocation under anesthesia.
