Ethics approval and consent to participate: All animal procedures in this study were conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines and regulations established by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and received formal ethical approval of Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital of Jinan University (Ethical Approval Number: 2023-022-04). Efforts were made to minimize animal suffering and to reduce the number of animals used without compromising the integrity of the experimental design. Animal housing, handling, and experimental interventions adhered to internationally recognized standards of animal welfare. Appropriate care was provided throughout the study, and humane endpoints were observed to ensure ethical treatment upon completion of the experiments.
