: RCH HREC provided multicentre ethics approval via the National Mutual Acceptance Scheme (HREC/53433/RCHM-2019) for all states/territories except Tasmania and Northern Territory. Approval was subsequently obtained for these states/territories, as well as for four recruitment sites with independent HRECs. This sub-study was approved via an amendment on the 10th of August 2021 under reference number 2019.097.
