: Patent EP21382234 has been presented to protect the synthesis of fragrance compounds by the methodology here reported, i.e., compounds <b>24</b> and <b>25</b>, and patent ES16411667 to protect unsubstituted long–linear carbon chain alkenes. S.S.-N., M.M., and A.L.-P. appear in the first patent, and M.M. and A.L.-P. appear in the second patent. S.S.-N., M.M., and A.L.-P. declare no other competing interests.
