: The research aims to enhance our comprehension of the distribution and accessibility of publicly available electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in the United States. All authors contributing to this study are located within the United States, obviating the necessity of inviting local researchers. Where feasible, we have endeavored to incorporate both local and national research into our citations, including studies focused on regions such as California and New York City, although such research remains relatively limited at present.
