The status of the patent application is currently pending. The patent application is about unsupervised integration of multi-omic datasets using neural networks (primarily auto-encoders). The current manuscript expands on the ideas listed in the patent by inclusion of a diversity of neural network architectures with a focus on supervised learning strategies, rather than only unsupervised learning.
