: Ethical review and approval were not necessary for this study as the study involved tasting foods made from standard commercial food ingredients by a trained sensory panel that are employees and have consented to taste and rate food as their job. Ethics approval and separate consent is only required from the trained panel where they are tasting none-standard, none-commercial or novel food ingredients.
