: A.G. serves as a founding advisor to a company launched by Atlas Ventures and as a venture advisor to Aditum Bio; both agreements are reviewed and managed by Mass General Brigham and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in accordance with their conflict-of-interest policies. J.L.S. advises and holds equity in Magnetic Ventures, an agreement reviewed and managed by the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in accordance with their conflict-of-interest policies.
