: The French Ministry of Research has awarded this work a grant under the program CIFRE with the reference 2020/0759. The present CIFRE program involves an academic partner (Nantes Université), an industrial partner (Bio Logbook, 2018, www.biologbook.fr ), which is developing solutions for precision healthcare, and a Ph.D. student (Mr. J. Rolland). The CIFRE program requires the industrial partner to define a global research subject for the thesis and pay the salaries of the Ph.D. student. J. Rolland is an employee and a stockholder of Bio Logbook. R. Boutin is the founder of Bio Logbook and has an issued patent in predictive medicine unrelated to the current work. The funders had no role in the design, the data collection, the analysis, the decision to publish, or the preparation of the manuscript. All other authors have no potential conflict of interest.
