: The local responsible Ethics Committee of the State Medical Association of Rhineland-Palatinate (“Ethik-Kommission bei der Landesärztekammer Rheinland-Pfalz”) reviewed and approved this study (Reference number 2021-15575). According to the federal state hospital law of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany no informed consent is necessary for retrospective data analysis as presented here and therefore the ethics committee waived the need of obtaining informed consent from the patients analyzed in this study.
