: The study adhered to strict ethical standards, prioritizing informed consent, confidentiality, and participant autonomy. Informed consent was obtained from each participant before conducting the interviews, ensuring they were fully aware of the study’s purpose and procedures. Participants were assured of the confidentiality of their information, and their identities were anonymized through coding all files and naming conventions during the interview process. The first author, who conducted the interviews, was the only person with access to the key linking the codes to the participants’ identities to safeguard anonymity. Eligible participants were given the option to pause, discontinue, or reschedule the interview if they felt uncomfortable or faced any issues. Additionally, participants had the right to refuse voice recording, in which case the recording process was immediately halted, and the interviewer diligently took notes on paper instead. Throughout the interviews, the researcher prioritized the participants’ convenience and ensured that the interviews were conducted at suitable times and settings.
