: This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and its modified version and was approved by the ethical committee for epidemiology of Hiroshima university (file No. E-2822). The following measures were taken in this survey to reduce bias: (1) The survey was administered at multiple sites (two universities and twelve high schools) rather than a single site to avoid selection bias; (2) Participant information was anonymized; (3) Because it was a web-based survey, the researcher and participants did not know each other. All participants provided informed consent prior to participation in the study.
