: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Committee on Human Research, Publication and Ethics (CHRPE) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with approval number CHRPE/ AP/997/23. Also, written institutional permission was obtained from the Upper East Regional Hospital and the Talensi District Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from a parent and/or legal guardian of respondents who were minors. The respondents were informed about their rights to voluntarily participate and withdraw without penalties. All the respondents were required to give a written consent before being included in the study. The privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity of respondents were protected throughout the study.
