: A total of 128 cases of prostate cancer tissues and their adjacent normal prostate tissues were obtained from the Urology Department of Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan. This study collected 50 pairs of tissues, which were further validated using RT-qPCR. Following radical prostatectomy, all tissues were immediately preserved in liquid nitrogen. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the study. This research was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the 2013 Declaration of Helsinki. Furthermore, the study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Approval No: 2019CR101).
