: For the main experiments, we used 40 CSF samples from cognitive unimpaired (CU) subjects (<i>n</i> = 20) and AD patients (<i>n</i> = 20), obtained from the Memory Clinic at Skåne University Hospital, Malmö. All procedures were conducted following relevant ethical guidelines and approved by the ethical review authority, Regional Ethical Review Board Lund (#2013/494).
