: This study involved a secondary analysis of data from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging (KLoSA), which is conducted biannually by the Korean Employment Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Labour. The original study was conducted with the informed consent of all participants, and the data were de-identified to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Our secondary analysis was approved by the Institutional Review Board at Yonsei University Hospital (Approval No. 4-2023-0283), confirming that the use of these de-identified data for our research conforms to ethical guidelines and does not require additional consent.
