: This ecological study involved the analysis of aggregated, population-level data collected from individuals living in Kerman Province. Due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of anonymized data without any individual-level personal characteristics, the need to obtain informed consent was waived by the Research Ethics Committee of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.
