: This study underwent review and approval by the ethics committee of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Jiangsu Province. Written informed consent was obtained from all eligible participants. For prisoners with positive results from any of the three tests (TST/EC/QFT), preventive treatments were recommended by physicians but were not mandatory. All experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
