: In conducting this research, we focused on data that is publicly accessible and has received approval from the appropriate review boards. Each contributing study to our analysis was cleared by the respective country’s institutional review board, aligning with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. The data involved in this study were obtained from publicly published and ethically approved GWAS studies, which were all provided with written informed consent. There was no direct interaction with patients in this study, eliminating the need for further ethical approval. This study was strictly conducted following the STROBE-MR guidelines.
