The animal study protocol was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of the Peking University Third Hospital. The Ethics Committee of the Peking University Third Hospital approved the procedures used in this study (Approval Code: A2023029). We confirmed that all experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The mice were euthanized by CO2 inhalation.
