: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional review board of college of medicine and health sciences, University of Gondar (<b>Ref.no VP/RTT/05/894/2022).</b> After securing the ethical clearance, all mothers/legal guardians were informed about the purpose of the study and their participation was voluntary. Verbal informed consent was received from all primary care takers (mothers/legal guardians). Name or any identifier of the participants was omitted from the questionnaire; instead, the medical record number and code given to the patient for the research purpose were used to ensure confidentiality. The information retrieved was used only for this study purpose and stored with password locked computer.
