: Ethical clearance was obtained from Rivers State University Teaching Hospital Research Ethics Committee (RSUTHREC) with approval number RSUTHREC 24 − 13 before the research was conducted. Participant eligibility was assessed based on study inclusion criteria after which a written informed consent was obtained before enrolment into the study.
