: This study was approved by the Institutions Research Board (IRB) of Adama General Hospital and Medical College and the study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Permission was secured from respective health facility leaders. The study objectives were explained to the participants in a local language and written informed consent was obtained with a signature or thumbprint. All data were anonymously registered using codes without personal identifiers such as the names of the patients.
