: The research protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University (Approval number: 2020kmykdx6h03). This research was conducted in strict accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and within the validity period of the ethical approval. No incentives were offered to induce participants to take part in this study. Participants were provided with an informed consent form on the front page of the questionnaire, and were required to sign an electronic informed consent form prior to participation in the survey. The participants could withdraw from the study at any time. To ensure anonymity and confidentiality, the questionnaire did not collect participants’ personal information such as names, contact details, home addresses, workplace addresses, etc. The raw data was stored in a password-protected database with identity authentication to further enhance security. The questionnaire was carefully designed to exclude any discriminatory or offensive content, and it did not include items that might induce physical discomfort or psychological distress among participants.
