: The data used in the current study was public colonoscopy data, which was collected from medical image datasets which are freely available online. The data were anonymised and publicly available and therefore the current study did not involve any contact with human subjects. Hence, it was not necessary to seek for specific ethics clearance and participants’ consent to conduct this study. Such data has been collected from a public domain and the usage of such data is in compliance with the ethical guidelines for medical imaging and AI.
