: This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and all procedures involving research study participants were approved by the institutional review board of the Addis Continental Institute of Public Health with reference number ACIPH/IRB/004/2015 and the University of Gondar institutional review board with reference number V/P/RCS/05/352/2019. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants which was approved by Institutional Ethical Review Board of Addis Continental Institute of Public Health. Verbal consent was witnessed and formally recorded for all study participants.
