: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Debre Tabor University, College of Natural and Computational Science, Debre Tabor, Ethiopia. Informed consent to participate was waived by the ‘‘College of Natural and Computational Science ethics committee’’ that approved the study. Because the data in this study is secondary data, we cannot get the patients with face-to-face contact. All the data source of patients’ medical record numbers was anonymously registered using codes without personal identifiers such as the names of patients. The individual patients were not subject to any harm as far as confidentiality was kept.
