: Twenty breast cancer samples and 20 paracancerous tissues were collected from 30 patients who underwent surgery at the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province. The protocol was approved by the Ethical Committee of First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province (No. KMUST-MEC-016). Informed consent was obtained from all the human subjects. The animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Kunming University of Science and Technology (PZWH (dian) K2024-0001).
