: Ethical approval to conduct this study was obtained from the Ethics and Research Committee of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) with Approval number: ERC/2021/08/06. No personal identifying information was recorded and respondents’ data were carefully uploaded on a passworded computer reserved for the study while being assured of the confidentiality of the information provided.
