: The study protocol for this project was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Research Committee of the University of Ha’il, in compliance with institutional and national ethical standards for research involving human subjects. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Approval Committee of the College of Dentistry, University of Ha’il, Saudi Arabia, prior to study commencement.
