A written permission letter was obtained from the Debre Berhan Comprehensive Specialized Hospital administration. The purpose and procedures of the study were explained to the study participants within the study period. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants before data collection. Those participants who gave informed consent were enrolled in this study. The confidentiality of all study participants was maintained via the study participant secret code and locking. All methods were performed per the relevant guidelines and regulations. In addition, the study was also performed per the Declaration of Helsinki.
