: Endometrial tissue sample collection for this study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University (Approval number: LDYYSZLLKH2023-04). Endometrial tissue samples were obtained from women attending the Reproductive Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. Written informed consent was obtained from patient prior to acquisition of samples in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Animal experimentation protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University (Approval number: LDYYSZLLKH2023-05), and were conducted in accordance with the National Institute of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and ARRIVE guidelines.
