: Following the Declaration of Helsinki, ethical approval for this non-clinical trial study was granted by the research ethics review board of Arba Minch University (protocol No. 23109/2023). An official letter was written by the School of Nursing to the concerned body. A permission letter was obtained from the administration of the Jinka town health office for each Kebele in Jinka town. Informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview. The confidentiality of responses was maintained throughout the study.
