: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Statistics Department at Debremarkos University (Reference: STAT/478/03/2012). The committee approved the use of both primary and secondary data. For primary data collection, informed consent was obtained from all participants, who were informed of their right to withdraw at any time. Secondary data consent was waived as the data was anonymized. Confidentiality was ensured by anonymizing all records and securely storing data in password-protected systems, accessible only to authorized personnel. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations as outlined by the Debremarkos University Ethics Committee and in compliance with the journal’s editorial policies on research involving human participants.
