: According to Czech legislation, all hospitals are mandated to report data on patients undergoing coronary interventions to the National Registry of Coronary Interventions (NRKI), which is part of the National Health Information System, as established by § 70 paragraph 1 of Act No. 372/2011 Coll. on health services and conditions of their provision (Health Services Act). Due to this legal obligation, the need to obtain informed consent was waived, and separate ethics committee approval was not required. All data were fully anonymized before analysis, and the study was conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The investigation conforms with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
