: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (Ref. No.DA.282/298/01.C/1357). Authorization to proceed with research activities was given by regional medical officers, district medical officers and medical officers in charge of Kigoma Regional Hospital, Kibondo District Hospital and Kasulu Town Council Hospital and then directed to the heads of departments. Written informed consent was obtained from each study participant after a thorough clarification of the study objectives and benefits. Study participants were well explained that there would be no reimbursement for the time they spent during the study duration. Data collected in anonymity and confidentiality were maintained. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
