: The study was approved by the College of Medicine Research and Ethics Committee (COMREC P.11/21/3451). Permission was granted by the Lilongwe District Health Office. Informed Consent was obtained from all the participants. All minors involved in the study had their parents or guardians provide parental consent. In addition, written assent was obtained from each minor. All participants were assured of their privacy, confidentiality, and anonymity, and discussions were conducted in private settings to provide a safe environment for participants to share their experiences without fear of disclosure.
