: This study involved human participants and was approved by Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences Research and Ethics committee. MUHAS-REC-06-2021-669. Permission to conduct the study was obtained from Ilala Municipality Council and appropriate Local Government committees. Informed consent was obtained from all study participants before they were enrolled in the study.
