The study was approved by the institutional ethical committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University (ACUC-FP-ASU RHDIRB2020110301). A waiver of the patient consent was obtained from the Ain Shams University Research Ethics Committee, as the collected isolates were obtained from discharged clinical specimens of unidentified patients, and there was no contact with patients.
