: Approved by the Institutional Review Board of West China hospital of Sichuan university. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, written informed consent from the patients was not required by the ethics committee. This study will not involve contact with patients. The primary risk to participants is potential breach of confidentiality, which will be minimized through the study process. Each case will be assigned a unique study identification number, ensuring that uploaded medical records and the final dataset contain no personally identifiable information. Additionally, an independent Data Safety and Monitoring Board will conduct regular audits of data integrity and participant confidentiality protections.
