Ethical approval
: All stakeholder interaction methods were carried out according to relevant guidelines and regulations, including institutional and national ethical standards. The study protocols were reviewed and approved by the ethical committee of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Ref No: IHEC/2024/75/1). Local language-speaking volunteers were used to conduct stakeholder interactions, and informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study.
