: Ethical approval and an ethical clearance certificate were obtained from Debre Tabor University, College of Health Sciences Ethics Committee, with reference number CBE 305/2016. Written informed consent was obtained from study participants and the parents of the study participants whose ages were below 16 years for the interview.
