: The study protocol was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the Otto-von-Guericke University (RENOVA 94/20). No identifying patient data was published; therefore, in accordance with Ethics Committees decision, obtaining additional consent for retrospective data processing was not required. All data was collected as part of routine patient care with the patients’ consent.
