: In this retrospective study, none of the treatments were altered for the sake of research. All patients received treatments solely based on their diagnosis and clinical need. No patient identifier was collected. Therefore, no harm was done by this research. The protocol and its ethics were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran (code: U-97075, IR.AJUMS.REC.1397.304).
