: The animal model was produced in accordance with the guidelines from Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes. All animal experiments were approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research for the Care and Use of Experimental Animals. The present study was reviewed and approved by the local ethical committee at the University of Bordeaux (CEEA50). Following the 3Rs principles of reducing the number of animals used for research, this study was conducted in parallel with other experiments on the same tissue to minimize animal use. Our study follows the ARRIVE 2.0 (Animals in Research: Reporting In Vivo Experiments) guidelines for reporting animal research.
