: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (IR.SBMU.PHARMACY.REC.1400.108). Before collecting the data, the research objectives were thoroughly explained to the nurses. It was emphasized that their participation in the study was entirely voluntary, the questionnaires were anonymous, and the results were used solely for research purposes. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the study participants. The study process was also registered at the Iranian Clinical Trial Registration Center with the code IRCT20210715051896N1.
