: Nine-day-old SPF embryonated chicken eggs were purchased from Shandong HaoTai Co., Ltd. (China). Four-week-old SPF BALB/c mice were purchased from Chengdu Dossy Co., Ltd. (China) and fed SPF mouse maintenance feed and sterile distilled water in other cages. Bleeding of the mice was performed under anesthesia, which was induced by ketamine and xylazine. All efforts were made to minimize suffering. All animals were euthanized by using carbon dioxide. All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Northwest A&F University, China, and were conducted in accordance with guidelines established by the Chinese Committee for Animal Experiments (approval number: 2021022). This study adhered to the Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments (ARRIVE) guidelines.
