: The patients voluntarily agreed to participate and attended the health center of the Centro de Detention Preventiva de Arica y Parinacota (CDPA), after signing the informed consent. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants. Additionally, each inmate was interviewed through a survey focused on the objectives of the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
